Withdrawal of your merchandise (Click & Collect)
The prices shown are exclusive of VAT, delivery and packaging. The goods can be picked up free of charge at our center in Ardon (Neuwerth Logistics SA, Rue de la Greneye 12, 1957 Ardon, Switzerland) after receipt of payment. The opening hours are :
Mon-Thu: 07h30-12h00; 13h15-17h45
Friday: 7:30am-12:00pm; 1:15pm-5:00pm
Sat-Sun : closed
Shipping of your merchandise
We can organize the shipment of your goods with a carrier: packages are generally shipped within 5 days after receipt of payment. Packages are generally dispatched within 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via truck and delivered against signature of the delivery note. The rates applied are those calculated by the Swiss Umbrella Association ASTAG.
The goods are transported at your own risk. On request, an additional insurance can be concluded with the carrier. You must mention any damage on the delivery note and send us a claim within 8 days.
